  17.      Every now and again, I find a booklet about medicine, disease prevention
  18. and health, that catches my eye and brings a smile to my lips.  And when that
  19. rare but welcome information brochure makes me feel good, I quickly bring it
  20. to your attention, so that you may share these special feelings with me. Now,
  21. just look at the title of this one!  Its called, "How Can You Love Me. . . If
  22. You Don't Know Me?"  And the adorable character on the front cover waiting for
  23. your love?  Why its your. . . liver!  Yes, this fun book is packed with
  24. information about your liver, some you may know but much of which will
  25. surprise you.  And if the treatment is light and humorous, the information is
  26. important and serious.  That is the special charm of the brochure, and you
  27. will read it to the end I assure you, learning all the way.  I won't give away
  28. any of its information, you will enjoy it more the way it is presented in the
  29. booklet anyway.  You get your copy, free, by sending your request and a
  30. stamped self addressed envelope, to the American Liver Foundation, Cedar
  31. Grove, NJ 07009.  When you do read it, don't skip over the message on the last
  32. page, for creative little books like these don't become available by magic,
  33. but only by the support you may feel able to give to this Foundation, that is
  34. working so hard for the answers to so many questions that exist about liver
  35. disease.  As they state in bold letters "Research is the only answer!"  Write
  36. for this booklet, read its contents, and then help the Foundation provide some
  37. new answers that will help us all.
